SIX WEEKS OF SUMMER

We are excited to announce our latest coaching course - Six Weeks of Summer!

Based upon the six weeks of the summer season we are running a group course that works on a different coaching skill throughout August and into September. There is a maximum of 6 places on the six week course which will be run on a Tuesday morning from 10-12pm. The course is suitable for those riding either beginning to blue trail centre trails and those progressing on to reds, the core skills will be covered on flat terrain before taking to the trails to compound the skills learnt in a singletrack setting to suit each rider.

Coaching with Boost is fun, friendly and supportive, the focus of this course is to see a progression over the summer. A flexible structure means we can revisit skills each week if needed and intertwine them with the new techniques to improve every aspect of your trail riding.

The six sessions will cover:

  • Bike set up and the ready/attack positions

  • Efficient climbing and reading the trail

  • Cornering, flat and bermed

  • Pumping and bunnyhops

  • Confidence in steep terrain

  • Manuals and beginning drop offs

The course begins on Tuesday 6th August and runs until the 17th September (missing 13th Aug).
